Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation (EGPAF) is recruiting a Nurse Site Project Coordinator to support HIV/AIDS care and treatment services in Cameroon.

🔹 About the Role

The Nurse Site Project Coordinator will support the management of HIV projects and improve the delivery of clinical HIV services in supported health facilities through integrated HIV care and treatment services.

The successful candidate will oversee project planning, implementation, monitoring, staff coordination, and clinical support activities while ensuring high-quality service delivery.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✅ Coordinate and implement project activities and work plans
✅ Organize training and supervision for healthcare providers
✅ Monitor HIV/AIDS care and treatment performance
✅ Lead coordination meetings and reporting activities
✅ Support implementation of national HIV/AIDS guidelines
✅ Improve retention of patients in HIV care services
✅ Manage treatment failure, TB/HIV co-infections, and advanced HIV cases
✅ Ensure quality patient-centered healthcare delivery

🔹 Requirements

✔ Nursing degree with at least 5 years’ experience in HIV patient management
✔ Registration with the National Order of Nurses of Cameroon (mandatory)
✔ Minimum 3 years’ experience in health service management
✔ Knowledge of project management is an advantage
✔ Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
✔ Fluency in French; English is an added advantage
✔ Strong teamwork and ability to work under pressure
