About the job This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a IT Program Manager - REMOTE. In this role, you will play a critical part in leading and overseeing complex IT programs and projects. You will define the technical scope, plan, and schedule these programs while ensuring compliance with organizational standards. Building strong relationships with stakeholders will be vital as you manage technical risks and monitor program performance. Your expertise will drive adherence to project management methodologies, ultimately leading to successful project implementations. Accountabilities Lead and manage the execution of IT programs and projects, ensuring compliance with IT standards and best practices Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks and issues using risk management frameworks Utilize performance metrics and analytics tools to monitor program health and drive continuous improvement Ensure adherence to established project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) Monitor and report on program progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and secure resources Apply expert knowledge to address challenges and guide other managers in their specialized areas Requirements Bachelor’s/master’s degree in information technology, computer science, business administration or equivalent 8-12 years of experience in IT program management, including system integrations and application deployments Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred) Experience with Agile methodologies and ITIL practices Strong knowledge of risk management and project portfolio management Benefits Equity, in the form of non-qualifying options High-quality health benefits Retirement plan with employer match Career-growth opportunities Flexible Time Off and Paid Time Off benefits Volunteer opportunities
