What you can do

Maintain your account information without exposing private documents.

On the website

1. Open My Account and your profile or verification options.

Steps

1. Update account/profile fields in the available profile screens; display country and city names help confirm the selected location.
2. Use Change Avatar, My Phone Number and Change Password for those specific updates.
3. Email verification and identity validation are separate. Features may require one or both under current policy.
4. Submit identity documents only through the identity-validation form. Review Privacy & Security and the privacy policy.
5. Never attach passwords, tokens or private documents to ordinary support requests.
