What you can do

Phone access is optional; sharing should reveal only selected information.

On the website

1. Choose My Account > My Contacts.

Steps

1. On mobile, allow phone contacts only when you intentionally choose the phone-contact action. If denied, use manual entry.
2. Select individual recipients; the entire address book is not uploaded automatically.
3. For Daily Lists, share the full table as an image snapshot or use available rich-copy/download options. Some apps accept only text or links.
4. Check whether a live link is included and review the snapshot before sharing through WhatsApp, email or another app.
