Choose a service provider name and public address

Understand your current plan minimum, URL formatting, QR settings and safe name updates after a plan change.

Your current plan requirement

Display Name is the name customers see. Its URL-formatted base name must meet your current plan minimum. Default minimums are Basic 10, Premium 8, Gold 6 and Platinum 4; administrators can configure these, so follow the requirement shown beside your field.

  1. Open My Account > My Services on the website, or Profile > My Services in the mobile app.
  2. Create a profile or choose Manage provider, then enter Display Name. A valid name is required to save a new draft; other profile details can be completed later.
  3. Read the live URL formatting preview and validation message. Spaces turn into hyphens, which count. Automatic duplicate-name numbers and the country suffix do not count.

Examples

Walico formats to walico (6): it meets default Gold and Platinum minimums, but not Basic or Premium.

Walico LLC formats to walico-llc (10), and Walico SARL to walico-sarl (11): both meet the default Basic minimum. If applicable to your registered business, adding its actual company type may help. Use only a legal/company type that applies to your business.

Public Site Settings and QR

Public Site Settings controls your public address, appearance, featured listings and QR code. A name-formatting preview is a preview of the base slug, not a guarantee of an available personalized address. Your existing permanent address is preserved when your Display Name changes.

  1. In the mobile editor, open the QR section immediately before Publication. On web, choose the Site Settings tab.
  2. Copy/share your address, preview your site or share the QR code. Paid personalized addresses still follow their separate eligibility, availability and change allowance.

After a plan change

If your current plan now requires a longer name, management shows Requires name update. Your provider record, UUID, name and permanent address are not rewritten or deleted. An already published profile remains public, and unrelated edits remain possible. Change its name to a compliant one before publishing again.

Archived profiles do not use a provider slot. Remove from Archive checks your current provider limit and returns to draft; publication remains a separate step.
