What Surveys are
Surveys collect structured feedback. They are separate from Listings, paid promotions, Community polls and public Provider reviews. Only the survey owner manages V1 surveys.
Where to start
Web: open My Surveys on Home or My Account. Mobile: open Profile > My Surveys, immediately after My Services. Choose Create Survey, enter a title, then start from scratch or select one of the eight server-managed templates.
Questions and sections
Use short or long text, single or multiple choice, dropdown, rating, Yes/No, number, date, matrix or ranking. Mark required questions, add choices and help text, and use Move up/down to reorder. Sections group questions into pages; answers stay in place when navigating back.
Save and preview
Edits save automatically. Saved means the server accepted the latest changes. Save is enabled for pending edits, Saving is shown during the request, and a failure leaves entries intact with Retry. Reload latest after a revision conflict only if you choose to replace unsaved work. Preview uses the real section controls without storing responses; use Back to editor or Return to editor to exit.
Publish
Review access, identity, results sharing, opening/closing dates and response limit before publishing. Publishing validates all questions. After the first completed response, questionnaire structure and access/identity/frequency are locked. Duplicate to revise their meaning.
Plan limits and later edits
The builder and settings show the current server-configured question and response allowances for your plan. Adding or duplicating questions above your allowance is rejected. Reaching the response allowance stops new completions without deleting existing responses. View plans to change your allowance.
Edit Survey remains available after publication or ending. With no completed responses you may revise the questionnaire. After the first completed response, edit the title, survey description and safe settings; duplicate to change questions or their meaning. A downgrade preserves over-limit surveys but prevents added questions above allowance and over-limit republishing.
